RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns Accepted: 30 days from delivery date
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email admin@hangar614.com with your order number
2. Include reason for return and photos if defective
3. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
Return Shipping:
- Customer pays return shipping for change of mind
- We cover return shipping for defective/wrong items

Refund Process:
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchanges:
- We don't offer direct exchanges
- Return for refund and place new order
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as final sale
- Customized or personalized items
Damaged/Defective Items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of damage
- We'll replace or refund immediately
