Welcome to Hangar 614 — Ohio Sports, Aviation, and the Flight Crew

Hangar 614 started with the Columbus Aviators and Ohio’s aviation heritage, but it has grown into something broader: an independent fan-focused ecommerce and content operation built around original Hangar 614 designs, curated merchandise from affiliate partners, and a network of Ohio sports and aviation fan pages.

The idea is simple: make our own gear, surface worthwhile finds from trusted retailers, and build useful places for fans to land — while being clear about what comes from Hangar 614 and what comes from an outside seller.

What We Do

Hangar 614 Originals are our own designs sold through the Hangar 614 shop. These are created specifically for the Flight Crew and the communities around the Hangar 614 network.

Affiliate Picks are independently curated products from outside retailers and marketplaces. When you follow one of those links, you leave Hangar 614 and complete the purchase with that retailer. The retailer controls the product, availability, pricing, shipping, returns, and fulfillment.

The Fan Network is the content side of the operation: Ohio-focused team and sport hubs, aviation content, and our Columbus Aviators fan page. The Aviators remain an important part of Hangar 614, but they are one stop in a much larger network.

Why “Hangar 614”?

Ohio is the birthplace of flight, and Columbus is home base. The hangar is where things are built, maintained, organized, and made ready for takeoff. That still describes what we’re doing — only now the hangar holds more than one team and more than one kind of gear.
